Germantown High School
As a result of a collaborative effort between Germantown High School  and Philly Project P.R.I.D.E. Inc., we had our End of the Year Celebration at the Old Country Buffet in the Cedarbrook Mall, Friday, June 13th, 2008.  Actually, it was the students idea and those who participated greatly appreciated the recommendation.

With so much to be thankful for and much more to eat, we all enjoyed ourselves, extended our relationships beyond the school atmosphere, and reinforced principles of respect for others and ourselves. Parents and Germantown administrators would have been proud of the student conduct.

Below are some of their parting words, but before consuming them, please join me in acknowledging Mr. Doe for receiving Philly Project P.R.I.D.E. Inc.'s first Teacher of the Year award.  Grateful for the support of all the teachers from six schools that we provided services to, Mr. Doe was exemplar in his professionalism and masterful techniques of engaging students and teacher throughout the year.

Hey everyone! Really, I had a great year with Philly Project P.R.I.D.E. and the experience with G-town and wonderful life changing people. I want to thank everyone. Believe you me I'm going to miss each and everyone of you all.

Please don't forget me and I wish you all well in life! Remember in life the choices you make are cause you want to make it happen! Believe in yourself!!!

The lunch was great. Pride was a good experience and I wish I can learn more about it.  Christopher Allen
